• What​ is MiCareerQuest Southwest?
  • ​MiCareerQuest Southwest is an innovative career discovery event for eighth grade students in Kalamazoo and Calhoun Counties. Local employers highlight careers within four pathways: information technology, health sciences, manufacturing and professional trades. Students across southwest Michigan are invited to learn what it’s like to be a nurse, auto mechanic, banker, veterinarian, EMT, machinist, computer programmer, welder and much, much more – directly from the professionals who do these jobs every day!
